"I can login, but the page doesn't seem to be displaying correctly"
As of October 2014 we have upgraded Support Tracker and Portal! Content may be being cached by your browser from the older Concerto that was installed.
Please clear your browser cache and retry. In some cases we are aware that proxy servers may be caching content, causing the older content to be rendered in browsers. In some extreme circumstances, you may need to contact your systems administrators and request that the cache for the orionhealth.com domain be flushed. In the case of an emergency please call the relevant Support Hotline.
"I can log in, but I can't use the Support Tracker application."
Please check your browser settings. Support Tracker now supports both Firefox and Internet Explorer. You will need to have cookies enabled for http://supporttracker.orionhealth.com
domain, as Support Tracker requires this to track your connection.
"I'm experiencing an issue that is not listed"
