Browser Support

Support Tracker can now be accessed by the following browsers:

Client Dashboard

A new client dashboard has been established as the landing page after you log in to Support Tracker. This dashboard lists your current ongoing Support Tracker tickets, and provides a view into the Product records we currently have for your client organization.

Client Repository

The Client Repository is a view into our current record of the Orion Health products installed in your environment. An expanded view is also available from the Client Repository menu.

My Site Contacts

My Site Contacts is a new search accessible from the Support Tracker menu that allows you to see the contacts currently established in Support Tracker within your organization. The search also allows you to review their contact details, such as e-mail and phone number, in the case that there are any discrepancies between what we currently have in our records.
